If the product is damaged, you must take a photo of the product and send it to heretohelp@homehealthfundamentals.com. If the product is not damaged, you must email us at the same address and include an explanation as to why the product is being returned. Each return request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No returns will be accepted after the 30 day window.
