Discover the pivotal role of your Home Health Medical Director. Learn to choose the right Medical Director and how they can guide clinical operations, from setting reporting parameters to reducing hospitalization risks. Their duties include participating in quality assurance, attending meetings, reviewing charts, and assisting with quality studies of clinical trends.
